You’re stronger than you think

Many times as women, we give, give, and give until we feel completely drained. When we give so much and leave ourselves with nothing, we weaken ourselves and feel the need to give less. Don’t give less. Continue to be the light. Continue to give. Just always remember then even when you feel as though you have nothing left to give, give that very last bit to yourself. In the midst of all chaos, the worst thing a woman can do, is forget to cater to herself. There is nothing wrong with fighting for your career, your family, your relationship, your dreams… just remember you have that extra bit of strength, centered on faith and hope, to fight for yourself.

What does it mean to fight for yourself?

Fighting for ourselves as women, means to fight for your sanity. Fight for your independence, fight for your respect. Fight for your voice to be heard. Fight for your self-love. Each of us have a different energy that inspires and ignites our soul. Fight off the negative energies that have been created to weaken your inner spirit. Fight for your happiness. Many times, we as women realize too late that it is our happiness which fuels the superwoman inside of us. Do not allow yourself to come into this realization too late.

As the strong and powerful Demi Lovato says “I have come to realize making yourself happy is most important. Never be ashamed of how you feel. You have the right to feel any emotion you want, and do what makes you happy. That’s my life motto. — Demi Lovato
